Plan a bounded external pilot

Use Artifact Review, QUICK-6 or Full Profile with a consenting end user or advisor on one real artifact or workflow. A pilot is actual use of a profile, not another scoring system or evidence that the protocol has already been validated.

Before the walkthrough

1. Agree on the workflow, participant roles, time limit and what may be recorded.
2. Gather the current-state baseline, the proposed artifact and its version, and any available requirements or tests.
3. Choose Artifact Review for a stage-bounded inspection, QUICK-6 for eligible low-risk work or Full Profile when deeper evidence is needed.

During and after the review

Stop or downgrade the recommendation when a required gate fails or evidence is missing. Record elapsed review time, confusing questions, missing evidence, the recommendation and the next owner. Preserve exact protocol, MCP and Skill versions and the artifact's digest or version.
